The annual gathering of the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States is rounding the corner, and boy will they have a lot to discuss this time! Anti online casino legislation that were introduced in October have changed the way Americans look at online casino gambling, and the way the industry is looking at America. Hopefully, legislators will become to the conclusion that the enactment was not the right way to deal with online casino gambling, and that a revision is needed.

The law makes it almost impossible for United States citizens to transfer money to online casino operators, and by doing so, basically makes it impossible for online casino firms to generate revenue. The only part of the online casino industry that remains unaffected by the new legislation is horse-racing betting. Sites that offer horse-racing bets can still generate revenue and work with the American market. One of the main topics of the meeting, that takes place January 12-14, will be how the online gambling industry copes with the new situation.

Most of the big brands have already stopped offering online casino gambling for the American public, and it is hard to tell what will be the form of the current flourishing horseracing betting industry. The gathering will include many of the biggest names in the gambling industry of America, and the decisions will shed light on the future of online casino legislation in America. With the change in Congress, many believe that the approach towards online gambling might be softened.
